Our different wine styles

Tasting Notes:
All our wines should be decanted as there is sediment and served between 16 and 18 degrees
Age of vines: between 9 and 35 years, Alcohol Content: between 12.5 and 13.5%
Harvest: Half by machine and half by hand Soil: Calcaire ,
Herbicide free for the last 14 years and we operate a minimal chemical policy and opted for lutte raisonee(natural) system of viticulture long before it became fashionable!!
